Product Development Manager

The Product Development Manager is responsible for strategizing and coordinating product development for NightLight Design jewelry and apparel. This role is responsible for evaluating and tackling challenges related to technical feasibility, budget constraints, design optimization, and production issues. He or she must research and monitor our existing client base and industry developments, identify potential new product opportunities, and facilitate the collaborative relationships between staff in the U.S. and Thailand. A business degree or equivalent experience is preferred, but not required. Familiarity with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures is essential. Great judgment, time management skills, project management, and cross-cultural skills are necessary. This individual must also be able to lead and direct the work of others with grace and accountability, and must be a self-starter. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. This position regularly reports to top management. Two-year full-time commitment (or more) preferred.

Anti-Trafficking Director

The Anti-Trafficking Director is responsible for managing the anti-trafficking programming of NightLight Foundation in Bangkok. The position involves networking and working directly with the Executive Office to oversee all anti-trafficking programs and to carry out the vision of NightLight through interventions, partnerships, and establishment of new programs to combat trafficking and rescue those in need. This is a full-time volunteer position. A minimum commitment of 18 months is required. Applicants with relevant experience in program development, monitoring and evaluation, grant writing, and cross-cultural working environments are preferred, though not required. Bilingual Thai/English is also preferred.

International Program Center Staff (Multiple Positions Open)

The International Program Center (IPC) is a transitional facility providing safe accommodation for survivors of human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and domestic abuse. IPC Staff are part of a team dedicated to holistic healing and restoration of dignity as we help women return safely to their home country. The IPC Staff is responsible for maintaining the daily routine of the Program Center, overseeing that routine while pursuing nurturing, meaningful relationships with clients. This is a full-time volunteer position, serving four days per week. A minimum one-year commitment is required. Applicants with a social work or similar background, and bilingual Thai/English are preferred.

Anti-Trafficking Case Managers (Multiple Positions Open)

NightLight’s Trafficking in Persons (TIP) team intervenes on behalf of women exploited and trapped by the international sex trade.  Case managers are part of regular outreach efforts in the red-light district to build relationship and offer women a way out of their situation. Case managers become specialists in intervention strategies that seek justice and bring freedom to women who have been exploited.  Case managers work with local community partners and government organizations to meet medical, therapeutic, and repatriation needs. Knowledge of trauma impacts and ability to collaborate with community organizations are essential skills of this position.  Applicants with a social work or similar background are preferred.

Coffee Shop/Male Outreach Staff

NightLight runs a coffee shop out of our outreach center in the red-light district. This coffee shop seeks to connect with the community, and we are seeking friendly, service-oriented men to be a safe presence in the shop and to build relationships with foreign (English-speaking) men who come in. Candidates should be knowledgeable about coffee and interested in helping with management and direction of the shop. This is a part-time to full-time position, with a minimum commitment of 1 year preferred.

Marketing & Communications Associate

We are seeking a gifted written communicator to assist with various communications and marketing efforts. Responsibilities may include newsletter, social media, or personal communications with donors and other supporters of NightLight Bangkok. Responsibilities may span both NightLight Design and NightLight Foundation. Experience with WordPress, MailChimp (or similar), social media, marketing, or fundraising are a plus. Experience with photography, PhotoShop, and graphic design is preferred. This is a part-time to full-time position, with a minimum commitment of 1 year preferred.
