College-level internships are available year-round on a first-come, first-served basis and depend on availability and qualifications for the field of study. Interns do not receive monetary compensation; rather, NightLight focuses on creating valuable learning opportunities and experiences for our interns.

Apprentices complete a one-year staff commitment, working hands-on with NightLight staff members in specific department areas. Currently, we offer one-year apprenticeships in the areas of outreach, restoration, administration, and freedom business administration. Apprentices are responsible for developing a team of personal ministry partners to fund their apprenticeship year.

Please Note: NightLight’s first apprenticeship cohort begins January 2018. Applications for January 2019 Apprenticeships will be accepted through July 1, 2018.
