Our work is growing, and that means our team is growing, too. If you have a passion to journey alongside individuals affected by the sex industry, we want to meet you! We're looking for people with a heart to bring God's light into dark places.

We currently have openings in several areas – some working directly with those whom NightLight serves, and others leveraging other professional skills. Some NightLight positions require building a team of financial partners (called support-raising), while others do not. Some require willingness to live and work in Thailand for a period of time; others are based in the United States. We delight in hosting international staff from all over the world, and every position is valuable. We can’t wait to talk with you!

MISSOURI OUTREACH COORDINATOR

Our Outreach Coordinator will lead the outreach program and outreach staff as they engage in various types of outreach to women in the commercial sex industry. Our vision for outreach is that it is for the purposes of learning first-hand what their needs are, which then help us build programs to address those needs and serve those people better. We also desire to be a ministry of presence and relational support to individuals in an often isolating and challenging industry.

INTERNATIONAL SHELTER STAFF

This position is responsible for helping to maintain the daily routine of NightLight's International Program Center (IPC) in Bangkok, our shelter program for internationally trafficked women. This role assists the shelter manager in overseeing the daily routine of program residents while pursuing nurturing, meaningful relationships with them. This is a full-time, support-raised (volunteer) position. A minimum commitment of one year is required.

The Daybreak Coordinator will manage the Daybreak program and house, which includes the supervision of day-to-day program activities with residents in the house, and relational and case management support to victims and survivors of commercial sexual exploitation and sex trafficking living within the short-term, crisis housing program.

Outreach Center Staff are responsible for assisting the outreach coordinator with NightLight's outreach efforts--reaching out to Thai and international women in the red-light area where NightLight works. This is a support-raised/volunteer position. A minimum commitment of two years is required.
