  • NightLight Bangkok CEO Personal Assistant:  The NightLight office in Bangkok, Thailand is looking for a Personal Assistant intern to support the work of the Chief Executive Officer.  The ideal candidate will have a high level of integrity, professionalism, and at least one year of work experience in a similar role.  This is a full-time volunteer position with a one year commitment.  If you are gifted in office administration, enjoy interacting with others, and have a heart that aligns with NightLight’s vision for freedom, this is the internship for you!  As this is a volunteer position, the applicant must provide his or her own support for travel, lodging, and other expenses incurred.
  • NightLight Bangkok Product Development Manager: The Product Development Manager strategizes and coordinates product development projects such as the design of new jewelry lines and the development of new apparel and accessories. He or she will evaluate and resolve technical feasibility, budgetary restrictions, design optimization, and production issues.  He or she will research and monitor existing client base and industry developments, and identify potential new product opportunities. This individual facilitates discussion between staff in the U.S. and Thailand to establish a design and product development strategy, and manages project budgets and pricing strategies that optimize sales in each target market. Business degree or experience is preferred but not required. Familiarity with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures is expected. Great judgment, time management skills, project management, and cross-cultural relational skills are necessary. This person must be able to lead and direct the work of others with grace and accountability and must be a self-starter. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. This position regularly reports to top management. This is a volunteer, long-term position; the applicant must provide his or her own support for travel, lodging, and other expenses incurred. Two-year full-time commitment (or more) preferred.
  • NightLight Bangkok Anti-Trafficking Case Manager (2 Positions Open): NightLight’s Trafficking in Persons (TIP) team intervenes on behalf of women exploited and trapped by the international sex trade industry.  Case managers are part of regular outreach efforts in the red light district to build relationship and offer women a way out of their situation. As a case manager you will become a specialist in intervention strategies that seek justice and bring freedom to women who have experienced exploitation.  You will work with local community partners and government organizations to meet medical, therapeutic, and repatriation needs.  Knowledge of impacts of trauma and ability to work in partnership with community organizations are necessary skills of this position.  Applicants with a social work or similar background are preferred.   • NightLight Bangkok Transition House Mother (3 Positions Open):  The Transition House (TH) is a transitional facility, providing safe accommodation for survivors of human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and domestic abuse.  House Mothers are part of a team dedicated to holistic healing and restoration of dignity as we help women return safely to their home country.  As a House Mother you will oversee the daily routine of the residence, while pursuing nurturing, meaningful relationships with residence.  This is a full time volunteer position. House Mothers will serve four days per week. Applicants with a social work or similar background are preferred. As these are volunteer positions, the applicant must provide his or her own support for travel, lodging, and other expenses incurred.
  • NightLight Bangkok Coffee Shop Staff/Male Outreach:  NightLight Bangkok has opened a coffee shop on the bottom of our outreach center in one of the red-light districts of Bangkok with the purpose of connecting with the community. We are in need of friendly, service oriented men to be a safe presence in the shop as well as build relationships with the foreign (english speaking) men that come in. The ideal candidate would also be knowledgeable about coffee and interested in helping with the management and direction of the coffee shop. This is  part-time to full-time volunteer position.  Minimum 1 year commitment preferable. As this is a volunteer position, the applicant must provide his or her own support for travel, lodging, and other expenses incurred. 
  • NightLight Bangkok Communications Manager: We are looking for a gifted written communicator to be responsible for all of our communications efforts with donors and other supporters of NightLight Bangkok. Experience with wordpress, MailChimp (or similar), and fundraising efforts a plus. The ideal candidate will be able to commit at least 1 year. As this is a volunteer position, the applicant must provide his or her own support for travel, lodging, and other expenses incurred.   • NightLight Bangkok International Sales and Shipping Manager: The International Sales and Shipping Manager role is perfect for someone who has strong organizational skills and enjoys working with clients and team members in a cross-cultural/bilingual environment. The role requires someone who pays attention to detail, has an understanding of the basic accounting processes involved in quotes and invoicing. Previous experience in a similar role/field would be an advantage, but the ability to demonstrate good communication skills, to work within a team, and to quickly learn the needs of this commercial enterprise may be sufficient. As this is a volunteer position, the applicant must provide his or her own support for travel, lodging, and other expenses incurred. Position requires at least a one-year full-time commitment. 
  • NightLight Bangkok Media and Marketing Manager: Seeking a creative individual with experience in marketing and social medial outlets to coordinate ongoing marketing efforts and campaigns for both our jewelry business and foundation. Experience with photography, photoshop and graphic design a plus. Will work alongside our jewelry designer to create regular promotional materials through our various media outlets. The ideal candidate will be able to commit at least 1 year. As this is a volunteer position, the applicant must provide his or her own support for travel, lodging, and other expenses incurred.
