HAVE YOU HEARD THE NEWS?  

On November 1, 2016, all NightLight Atlanta programming transitioned to the Atlanta Dream Center! We are excited for this strategic, unifying move in the city of Atlanta. (Read our full announcement here.)

We are in the process of fully transitioning staff and programming  to the Atlanta Dream Center.  As we transition, we want to extend a special thanks to the NightLight Atlanta local advisory board below for their valued service over the past few years.


 NightLight Atlanta Advisory Board

Carolyn Byars:  Carolyn Byars has over 20 years experience serving children and their parents in ministry.  She recently retired as director of children’s ministry at Grace Midtown Church in Atlanta, prior to which she served on the Children’s Ministry staff at Grace Fellowship Church.  She also served 10 years as a volunteer Children’s Director for a community-based Bible study in Atlanta.

Hardin Byars:  Hardin Byars is an Executive Coach at Heartland Leadership Group and CEO of Innovus Consulting, LLC.  Mr. Byars previously worked at Advanced Technology Development Center, Georgia Institute of Technology, Intellinet, Wells Real Estate Funds, and Carter & Associates.  He holds a BA and an MA in International relationships and economics from the University of Georgia.

John Pitt:  Done the ‘organized religion thing’ for over 20 years: campus staff with Campus Crusade, Senior Pastor, etc., John now works in outside sales to corporate America Fortune 500 companies with commercial construction data.  He enjoys being a spy for the Kingdom, loving people in difficult circumstances, stuck in jobs without a calling.  At the end of it, John desires to love Jesus completely, love others into the kingdom, and get better prepared for eternity.

Pam Pitt:  Pam lives Atlanta with her husband, John, and their fluffy pup, Linus. They have 7 kids, and 3 adorable grandchildren.  She loves walking alongside women and has a passion to fight human trafficking.  She was on staff with Cru for 20 years, then 5 years with MentorLink International, followed by 6 years with She is Safe.  She currently works with Millennium Relief and Development in Southeast Asia and the Middle East. 

Binna Yi:  Binna Yi is a former NightLight Atlanta Team/Staff Member and a graduate of Harvest Ministry School.  Miss Yi has a bachelor’s degree from Emory University and is currently a student at Brooklyn Law School.  She works with Sanctuary for Families, the largest domestic violence nonprofit in New York.  She has experience in immigration law with domestic violence and trafficked victims. 

Shaun Zacharia:  Shaun Zacharia is a former NightLight Atlanta Team Member and is the Co-Founder of TripleLift.  A graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology, Mr. Zacharia previously worked as a Consultant with Deloitte and is currently working for Ashton Kutcher’s foundation, Thorn.
